Our Service is supported by advertising and is provided free of charge. We may add, modify, or remove games and features at our discretion without prior notice.

Clearing your browser data will delete your game progress and statistics permanently
We cannot recover localStorage data once it has been deleted
You acknowledge that localStorage data is device-specific and will not sync across devices

Future Account Features

We may introduce user accounts and cloud synchronization in the future. If we do, we will update these Terms and provide you with notice of any changes to our data practices.

Acceptable Use Policy

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at admin@games-i-play.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve any disputes in good faith.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, any legal dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Resolution Institute (formerly LEADR and IAMA) or as otherwise agreed between the parties.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

No arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other arbitration or proceeding
There is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis
There is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or other users

Exceptions

Either party may bring a lawsuit in court solely for injunctive relief to stop unauthorized use or abuse of the Service or infringement of intellectual property rights without first engaging in arbitration or the informal dispute resolution process.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Service shall be instituted in the courts of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability
